摘要
NEDD8是与泛素最相似的类泛素修饰蛋白,其参与翻译后可逆性修饰的过程被称为Neddylation,即NEDD化。近年来,继泛素化在生物细胞中的作用被不断探索后,NEDD化在细胞中的作用也被越来越多的人所研究。本文主要就NEDD化在信号转导以及转录因子调控等方面的作用作一综述。
NEDD8 is an ubiquitin-like protein whose structure is most similar with ubiquitin.The reversible post-translational protein modification that NEDD8 involves in is called neddylation. Recently, with the function of ubiquitin in cells being constantly discovered, the role of neddylation in cells is also studied increasingly. This review mainly focuses on the function of neddylation in signal transduction and the regulation of transcription factors.
