降解组的研究进展

The research progress of degradome

蛋白酶大多是通过组成级联途径来行使功能,单个蛋白酶分子的研究很难完整、系统地阐明它们的生命活动功能。在基因组学和蛋白质组学等组学概念的启发下,蛋白酶的组学概念应运而生:一个生物体内所有的蛋白酶的集合即称为降解组。文章旨在对近年来该领域的研究进展做一简要综述。

Proteases are mostly integrated in cascading pathways to play their roles, so the study of an individual protease is difficult to elucidate its physiological functions. Inspired by the concepts of genome and proteome, the innovative concept ＂degradome＂ emerges at the right moment, which composes of the complete repertoire of proteases in an organism. This paper aims to summarize the research progresses on degradome in recent years.
