摘要 Toll样受体2(Toll-like receptor 2,TLR2)是由胞内段、跨膜段和胞外段组成的单次跨膜受体,也是固有免疫中重要的模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptor,PRR)。可溶性Toll样受体2(soluble Tolllike receptor 2,s TLR2)是TLR2胞外段脱落生成的可溶性蛋白。s TLR2作为TLR2的特异性调节分子,充当诱饵受体与配体结合,抑制TLR2信号,进而减轻炎症,减少过度免疫造成的损伤。近年来,s TLR2在越来越广泛的体液中被检测出来,且在很多疾病中出现明显异常的表达,成为这些疾病潜在的诊断指标或治疗工具。本文简要综述了s TLR2的生成、结构、功能及其与疾病的关系等。 Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2) is a single-transmembrane receptor, which is composed of intracellular, transmembrane and extracellular segments. And is also an important pattern recognition receptor in innate immunity. Soluble Toll-like receptor 2(sTLR2) is produced by the shedding of TLR2 extracellular segment. As a specific regulator of TLR2, sTLR2 acts as a decoy receptor binding to the ligand and interferes with responses induced by TLR2, thereby reducing inflammation and reducing the damage caused by excessive immunity. In recent years, sTLR2 has been detected in a wide range of body fluids, and has been shown to be obviously abnormal expression in many diseases, for which sTLR2 has become a potential diagnostic or therapeutic tool naturally.
