摘要
生物医学工程的学科特色是多学科交叉融合。为了培养生物医学工程专业本科学生从事本专业科学研究的综合实验技能,我们面向东南大学本科学生开设了《生物技术与材料综合实验》课程。其中"生物分子实验"部分的传统教学方式存在一定的弊端。为了进一步提高课程的教学质量,我们对这一部分课程的教学方式进行了尝试性的改革,采用了一种连环实验系统,让学生进行自主式的实验训练,并取得了显著的成效。
The characteristics of biomedical engineering are interdisciplinary fusion. In order to cultivate comprehensive experimental skills of biomedical engineering undergraduate students engaged in the professional scientific research, we set up "Integrative experiments of Biotechnology and Biomaterials" for Southeast University undergraduate students. One part of the course is "biomolecule experiment", the traditional teaching methods for it have some problems. In order to solve these problems and improve the teaching quality of the course, we try to reform the teaching methods of this course. We use a concatenated experiment system to let the students carry out experimental training independently. This reform achieved remarkable results.
