培哚普利吲达帕胺片复方制剂治疗高盐饮食人群高血压的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of compound preparation of perindopril-indapamide tablets in the treatment of hypertension in high-salt diet group

目的探讨培哚普利吲达帕胺片复方制剂对高盐饮食人群高血压的降压疗效。方法将齐齐哈尔市第一医院2016年3月至2017年3月收治的高盐饮食人群高血压患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组患者运用培哚普利(4mg)治疗,观察组患者运用培哚普利吲达帕胺片复方制剂(4mg/1.25 mg)治疗。结果治疗前,两组患者食盐摄入量、血清钠、血清钾、收缩压和舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者收缩压和舒张压均显著下降,且观察组患者收缩压和舒张压降低程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗后食盐摄入量、血清钠、血清钾比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组患者临床总有效率68.75%,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.048,P<0.05)。结论培哚普利吲达帕胺片复方制剂对高盐饮食人群高血压有显著的降压作用。

Objective To discuss the effect of perindopril-indapamide tablets compound preparation on antihypertensive effect in a high-salt diet group. Methods During March 2016 and March 2017,96 cases of a high-salt diet group hypertension patients got treatment in the first hospital of Qiqihar were divided into observation group（ 48 cases） and control group（ 48 cases）. The patients in control group were given perindopril tablets（ 4 mg） and the patients in observation group were given perindopril-indapamide tablets（ 4 mg/1.25 mg）.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in salt intake,serum sodium,serum potassium,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups. After the treatment,the systolic and diastolic pressure of the observation group and the control group decreased（ P〈0.05）,but the observation group decreased more significantly（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the difference of salt intake,serum sodium and serum potassium was not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 91. 67% and 68. 75% respectively. The observation group was significantly better than the control group（ Z =-3. 048,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Perindopril-indapamide tablets compound preparation has obvious antihypertensive effect on hypertension in high-salt diet group.
