摘要
采用X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)和电化学阻抗谱 (EIS)研究了载波钝化条件下添加Na2 MoO4、MnSO4对不锈钢载波钝化膜的形成和性能的影响 ,分析了Na2 MoO4、MnSO4在载波钝化膜生长过程中的作用机理。结果表明 :Na2 MoO4的添加会降低膜层的生长速度 ,但会使膜的耐蚀性得以改善 ;而添加MnSO4则会提高膜层的生长速度。
An investigation of the effect of additives (Na 2MoO 4, MnSO 4) on the composition and properties of the passivating film formed on 304 stainless steel by using alternating voltage (A.V.) passivation was carried out by means of AAS, XPS and electrochemical measurements. The experimental results showed that adding Na 2MoO 4 to passivating solution could decrease the growth rate of film and improve the properties of film, such as corrosion resistance and other physical performance, while adding MnSO 4 would accelerate the growth of the passivating film. AAS and XPS analysis results show that there are Mo or Mn in the film, the changing of the film composition by adding the additives indicates that the additives took part in the formation of the film. The mechanism of the effect of the additive was discussed.
