摘要
利用慢应变速率拉伸试验方法研究了LC4铝合金在空气和 3.5 %NaCl溶液中的应力腐蚀断裂行为 ;利用HB5 4 5 5 - 90标准研究了LC4铝合金的剥蚀行为 ;利用HB5 2 5 5 - 83标准研究了LC4铝合金的晶间腐蚀行为。结果表明 :LC4铝合金具有应力腐蚀敏感性 ,应力腐蚀的断口形貌受应变速率ε的影响较大 ;LC4铝合金对剥蚀很敏感 。
The susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking in 3.5%NaCl solution of aluminum alloy LC4 was studied by using slow strain rate testing. The exfoliation corrosion and intergranular corrosion were also investigated. The results showed that LC4 was susceptible to stress corrosion cracking in 3.5%NaCl solution, and strain rate affected the fracture morphology of stress corrosion cracking. LC4 was susceptible to exfoliation corrosion but not susceptible to intergranular corrosion.
