摘要
为研究在主梁上采用植筋技术新增混凝土次梁对主梁的影响,本文运用Midas Fea对4组主梁梁高不同的采用植筋技术的次梁与主梁节点进行非线性有限元分析,对各模型的裂缝发展、应变变化、破坏情况等进行了分析;结果表明采用植筋技术新增混凝土次梁对主梁影响可能有两种:呈八字形的撕裂破坏和次梁底筋附近主梁混凝土压溃破坏。针对不同模型破坏结果分析,本文提出了粘贴钢板箍加固、增设抗剪钢筋加强和粘贴钢板箍+梁底钢板加固的改进措施;并对改进后的次梁与主梁节点进行非线性有限元分析,结果表明改进后主梁受力性能能得到明显的提高。对采用植筋技术新增混凝土次梁对主梁影响的计算分析过程和经验总结,可供相关设计人参考。
In order to study the influence of the new concrete secondary beams on the main beam by using the planting bar technology on the main girder,the paper uses the MIDAS FEA to analyze the nonlinear finite element analysis of the secondary beams and the main girder nodes with the high different girder of the four groups,and analyzes the crack development,strain variation and failure condition of each model. The results show that the influence of the new reinforced concrete secondary beam on the main beam may be two kinds:the tearing failure of the Chinese character eight and the concrete crushing failure of the main beam near the bottom of the beam. According to the analysis of the failure results of different models,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of strengthening the steel plate hoop,adding the shear reinforcement and pasting steel plate hoop steel plate reinforcement. The nonlinear finite element analysis of the improved secondary beam and the main beam joint is carried out,the results show that the improved performance of the main beam can be significantly improved. The calculation and analysis process and experience summary of the influence of the new concrete secondary beam on the main beam by planting steel bar technology are summarized,which can be used for reference by the relevant designers.
