摘要
近年来,BIM技术在建筑业的应用促进了项目全生命期集成管理技术的发展,受到政府和行业的支持与认可。但其在施工成本预测领域的应用还存在很多不足。本文从工程造价与施工成本预测基本原理入手,确定了BIM在施工成本预测方面的适用性与优势,分析了其在施工成本管理方面产生的应用缺陷及原因,为BIM在工程价格预测与控制方面的发展提供了有益的帮助和改进。
In recent years,the application of BIM technology has been recognized by government and construction industry,for its promoting in the development of the project integrated management technology with full life cycle. But,there are still many deficiencies in the aspect of construction cost forecast. This paper began in the basic principle of the project cost,construction fee and BIM technology,and then identified that BIM was feasible and superior in construction cost. After that,this paper analyzed the reason of the defects for BIM in construction cost management,provided some help to the effective use of BIM in construction cost forecast and control.
