摘要
研究开发了一种羧酸盐类低聚型气相缓蚀剂YC 1,采用了经典的失重法和电化学方法对其气相防锈能力进行了评价。结果表明 ,其分子内各个活性单元具有强烈的分子内协同效应 ,使其在海洋性大气下对黄铜具有优良的缓蚀作用 ,对钢铁也有一定的保护作用。电化学极化曲线研究表明 ,它对金属的阳极过程有明显的抑制作用。
A carboxylate type vapor phase inhibitor with name YC 1 was synthesized and its vapor corrosion inhibition performance was evaluated by using classical weight loss measurement and electrochemical method. Results showed that the different active units in YC 1 molecule had strong intramolecular synergic effects. As a results YC 1 in marine atmosphere should have an excellent corrosion inhibition effect on brass, and also some protection effect on carbon steel. Electrochemical polarization curves showed that YC 1 inhibited anodic process significantly.
