展筋活血膏治疗软组织损伤作用研究

The therapy of Zhanjinhuoxue plaster on rabbits with the soft tissue injury

目的:观察展筋活血膏对兔软组织损伤模型的影响,比较剂型改进后其对软组织损伤的治疗效果,并探讨其作用机制。方法:家兔随机均分为6组:模型组,基质组,展筋活血散20mg/kg组,展筋活血膏5、10、20mg/kg剂量组。采用局部捶打造成兔软组织损伤模型,经皮敷贴给药5天,进行病情程度评估及损伤征候表现评估,损伤软组织病理评估,检测血液流变学指标的变化。结果:展筋活血膏各剂量和展筋活血散均可明显减轻软组织损伤兔局部触痛、肿胀、功能障碍等病情程度,并能缓解皮下瘀血、肌肉肿胀、肌肉颜色等损伤征候表现和软组织损伤病理评分,同时20mg/kg展筋活血膏对触痛、肿胀、功能障碍、皮下瘀血、肌肉肿胀、肌肉颜色及病理评分的改善优于原剂型;10、20mg/kg展筋活血膏和展筋活血散能显著降低多项血液流变学指标,且20mg/kg展筋活血膏的低切全血粘度、红细胞压积、血沉改善优于原剂型。结论:展筋活血膏对兔软组织损伤有较好治疗作用,且优于原剂型,其作用机制与改善血液流变学有关。

Objective： To observe the effect of Zhanjinhuoxue plaster on rabbits with soft tissue injuries,to compare the therapeutic effect of modified preparations,and to explore the possible mechanism of the therapeutic effect. Methods： The soft tissue injury of the rabbit was caused by locally striking. Rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,including the model group,the control group,Zhanjinhuoxue powder group and Zhanjinhuoxue plaster groups（5,10,20 mg/kg）. Rabbits were treated with corresponding medicine for external application for 5 days.The evaluation of pathogenetic condition degree,the manifestation of injury indication,the pathology of impaired soft tissues and parameters of the hemorrheology were used to evaluate the effect of Zhanjinhuoxue plaster. Results： Zhanjinhuoxue plaster and Zhanjinhuoxue powder,obviously relieved the local tenderness,swelling,the functional disturbance,subcutaneously the stagnated blood,muscle swelling,muscle color in rabbits with the soft tissue injury,and reduced pathologic scores. However,the effect of Zhanjinhuoxue plaster（20 mg/kg） was better than that of the original form,in the aspect of local tenderness,swelling,functional disturbance,the stagnated blood subcutaneously,muscle swelling,muscle color in rabbits with soft tissue injury,and pathologic scores. Zhanjinhuoxue plaster（10,20 mg/kg） and Zhanjinhuoxue powder,obviously decreased a number of hemorrheology-indexes. While,the effect of Zhanjinhuoxue plaster（20 mg/kg） was better than that of the original form,in the aspect of whole blood viscosity,volume of packed red cells,blood sedimentation. Conclusions： The therapeutic effect of Zhanjinhuoxue plaster on rabbits with soft tissue injury is better than that of the original form,the mechanism is the improvement of hemorrheology variation.
