摘要
Hispolon是从药用真菌桑黄中提取的酚类物质,为一些层孔菌中共有的一个活性成分。随着近年来中医药的不断发展,天然产物中提取所得成分的药理活性及机制成为研究热点,尤其是对其中分离得到的具有较高应用价值的单体活性成分的研究更加深入。hispolon作为桑黄所含活性成分,其药理活性与桑黄有很多相似之处。近几年对hispolon药理活性及机制方面的报道不断增多,以其抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化和保肝等药理活性为主,以外,还具有抗白血病、抗病毒及雌激素样等作用。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对hispolon生物活性及作用机制进行综述,为hispolon的进一步深入研究及开发利用提供基础,并对其临床应用研究提供依据。
Hispolon is a phenolic substance extracted from Phellinus igniarius,which is a common active ingredient for some Phellinus.With the continuous development of Chinese medicine in recent years,the pharmacological activity and mechanism of the extraction of components in natural products become a hot research topic,especially for the study of high value monomers.Hispolon is the active ingredient contains in Phellinus and the pharmacological activities of which is similar with Phellinus igniarius in many respects.In recent years,the reports of hispolon's pharmacological activities and mechanism are increasing,with its main activities of anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antioxidant and hepatoprotective,besides,it also has anti-leukemia,antiviral and estrogen-like effects.By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,we summarized the research reports on the biological activities and mechanism of hispolon,to provides the basis for the further study,exploitation,and its clinical application.
