探讨三维超声容积对比成像C平面技术检测胎儿小脑蚓部发育参数的一致性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评估三维超声容积对比成像C平面(VCI-C)技术在测量胎儿小脑蚓部参数时的一致性。方法:分析403例胎儿颅脑三维容积数据,应用VCI-C技术测量小脑蚓部上下径、前后径、周长和面积。结果:胎儿小脑蚓部上下径、前后径、面积、周长随孕周增加而增大,相关系数(ICC)分别为0.90、0.88、0.93、0.94。不同观察者、同一观察者不同观察时间测量小脑蚓部上下径、前后径的一致性均较好,平均ICC分别为0.818、0.827、0.797、0.803;不同观察者、同一观察者不同观察时间测量小脑蚓部面积、周长的一致性均很好,平均ICC分别为0.899、0.905、0.903、0.912。结论:三维超声VCI-C技术能够准确测量胎儿小脑蚓部生物学参数,周长和面积一致性很好,能够为胎儿小脑蚓部的发育提供有效依据。 Objective:To assess the consistency of three-dimensional(3D)volume contrast imaging in the coronal(C-)plane(VCI-C)for the development of cerebellum vermis of fetal.Methods:A retrospective review consisting of 403 cases of fetal brain three-dimensional volume datasets were acquired.Measured biological parameters included cerebellar vermis craniocaudal,antero-posterior diameters,perimeter and area by VCI-C.Results:It was found that cranio-caudal,antero-posterior diameters,perimeter and areaincrease in a linear manner throughout pregnancy,with the correlation coefficient of 0.90,0.88,0.93 and 0.94,respectively.The consistency of cranio-caudal,antero-posterior diameters of the cerebellar vermis was satisfactory,and the mean intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)of inter-observer and inter-technique was 0.818,0.827,0.797 and 0.803,respectively.The consistency of perimeter and area of the cerebellar vermis was excellent,and the mean ICC of inter-observer and inter-technique was 0.899,0.905,0.903 and 0.912,respectively.Conclusion:3D ultrasound VCI-C is a valuable tool,allowing intrauterine assessment of the normal appearance of the human fetal cerebellar vermis.
