水泥混凝土桥面铺装裂缝成因及处治措施的分析研究

The Analysis Research on the Crack Causes and Treatment Measures for Cement Concrete Bridge Deck Pavement

以某连续刚构桥为依托工程,运用理论分析、敲击试验、钻芯试验、渗水试验、查阅设计文件、施工记录、施工监控报告和动静载试验报告等方法,针对水泥混凝土桥面铺装裂缝成因进行了较为详细的分析研究,并提出针对性处治措施,实践证明,该桥水泥混凝土桥面铺装裂缝问题通过处治后取得了很好的效果。研究成果对于确保同类桥梁水泥混凝土桥面铺装施工质量具有重要的工程实际意义。

Taking a continuous rigid frame bridge as the support engineering, using the theoretical analysis,acoustic test, core drilling test, water seepage test, consulting the design documents, construction records,construction monitoring report, static and dynamic load test reports and other methods, this paper analyzed and studied the cement concrete bridge deck pavement crack causes in detail and put forward the corresponding treatment measures. Practice proved that the bridge cement concrete bridge deck pavement crack problems achieved good results after the treatment. The research results had important engineering practical significance for ensuring the construction quality of similar bridge cement concrete bridge deck pavement.
