Clean and high efficient utilization status and outlook of coal and electric power

摘要 在美丽中国和能源革命的新形势下,清洁高效煤电在资源优化配置、调整电力产业结构、加速能源转型等方面都发挥着积极作用。简要回顾了我国煤电产业结构优化的相关措施及成效,从调整电源结构、上大压小、能效对标等方面阐述了清洁煤发电技术的现状与必要性。重点讨论了以煤电为基础的多能互补集成优化体系的进展,并分别从市场、电价机制等角度研究了煤基多能互补体系面临的挑战。最后,从技术、经济、环境、政策4个方面分析了我国CCS技术的各种挑战,并展望了CCUS技术的发展路线图。 Under new situations of Beautiful China and energy revolution,the clean and high efficient coal and electric power had played an active role in the resources optimal arrangement,the electric power industrial structure adjustment,the energy transformation speeded up and other aspects. The paper briefly reviewed the related measures and achievements in the optimization of the coal and electric power industrial structure in China. From the electric power structure adjustment, to develop large units and suppress small ones,energy efficiency benchmarking and other aspects,the paper stated the status and necessity of the clean coal power generation technology. The paper focused on the discussion on the progress of the multi function complementary integration optimized system based on the coal and electric power. Also from the view of the market,electricity price mechanism and others individually,the paper had a study on the challenges faced to the coal-based multi function complementary system. Finally,from the technology,economy,environment and policy aspects,the paper analyzed different challenges of the CCS technology in China and had an outlook on a development roadmap of the CCUS technology.
