铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线研究现状与应用 被引量:7

摘要 传统碳纤维复合芯导线(ACCC导线)具有低弧垂、大容量、节能减排等综合经济技术优势,已实现规模化应用。ACCC导线施工过程中容易折损,且无法探测,易造成停电及安全隐患;碳纤维导线需要特种连接金具,工艺复杂、成本高、施工过程繁琐,严重限制了碳纤维复合芯导线的推广使用。与ACCC导线相比,铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线具有截面积大、保护碳纤维芯、不易折损、连接金具成本低、操作简单和施工方便等特性,有助于构造安全、环保、高效节约型超/特高压等输电网络,代表了未来碳纤维复合芯导线技术的发展趋势。 The traditional carbon fiber aluminum conduct composite core wire(ACCC wire) has some comprehensive economic and technological advantages,such as low sag,large capacity and energy saving. These advantages gain acceptance of the global power grid,and the ACCC wire achieves large-scale applications. The ACCC wire is easily damaged during construction,and cannot be detected,which will be resulting in power failure and security risks. The application of carbon fiber composite core conductor is severely limited because of the special connection hardware,which needs complex process,high cost and cumbersome construction process. Compared with ACCC wire,aluminum coated carbon fiber composite core wire has advantages of large cross-sectional area,protection of carbon fiber core,not easy to breakage,low cost of connecting fittings,simple operation and convenient construction. It is helpful to construct safe,environmentally friendly and efficient ultra/high voltage transmission networks,and represents the future of the development trend of the carbon fiber composite core wire technology.
