摘要
碳纤维导线以其重量轻、强度高、热膨胀系数低、输送容量大等特点在电力系统有巨大的应用潜力,但由于碳纤维芯棒抗剪切力差、金具压接施工工艺复杂等缺点限制其发展。采用碳纤维芯棒铝包覆技术及新型耐热树脂制备了一种新型碳纤维导线,实验研究表明:与钢芯铝绞线相比,新型碳纤维导线拉伸性能提高明显,铝截面积增大,线膨胀系数小,同时有效提高了碳纤维芯棒抗剪切力,明显减小弯曲半径,解决了现场压接施工工艺复杂的难题,大大提高了新型碳纤维导线使用推广性能,具备替代传统钢芯铝绞线的能力。
Carbon fiber wire has great potential applications in the power system because of its light weight,high strength,low thermal expansion coefficient,large transmission capacity and so on. However the wider application has been greatly limited due to its poor resistance of shear and complex crimping process. In this paper,a new type of carbon fiber wire is prepared by using aluminum coating carbon fiber mandrel technology and new heat-resistant resin. It is shown that,compared with steel core aluminum stranded wire,the tensile strength of the new carbon fiber wire is enhanced,aluminum cross-sectional area is increased,and linear expansion coefficient becomes smaller. At the same time,the carbon fiber mandrel shear resistance is improved,bending radius is decreased,and problems of complex crimping construction process are solved. As a consequence,its performance for wider use is promoted,and there is great ability to replace the traditional aluminum conductor steel-reinforced cable.
