新型铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线连接金具应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于碳纤维复合芯导线连接金具的运行特点和存在问题,采用全新液压式工艺对碳纤维复合芯导线和复合碳芯进行连接,实现铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线与耐张线夹、接续管等金具的可靠结合,成功解决了碳纤维连接金具造价成本高,施工工艺复杂,易对碳纤维芯造成损伤等问题。通过研制新型碳纤维复合芯导线耐张线夹和接续管,并进行力学性能测试,探讨对铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线复合芯径向耐压性能和抗剪切力性能的影响。实验结果表明,新型碳纤维复合芯导线连接金具不仅具备传统碳纤维复合芯导线配套金具的优点,同时造价低,施工工艺与普通钢芯铝绞线相同,大幅提高了现场施工的安全性,为特高压输电线路安全运行提供可靠保障。 Based on the operation characteristics and existing problems of new link-fittings of the carbon fiber composite core conductor,a new type of hydraulic technology on carbon fiber is used to connect wires and carbon core. Therefore,the metallized aluminium carbon fiber composite core conductor is connected with the splicingsleeve and strain clamp successfully.The problems and shortcomings of the high cost,complicated construction process,and easy to damage the carbon fiber core are solved for the metallized aluminium carbon fiber composite core conductor. Through the research and mechanics performance testing of the splicingsleeve and strain clamp,its influence on the radial pressure resistance and shear force of composite core is discussed for the carbon fiber composite core conductor. The experimental results show that the new link-fittings of carbon fiber composite core conductor not only has the advantages of traditional carbon fiber composite core link-fittings,but also has the low cost,and its construction process is the same as that of ordinary aluminium cable steel reinforced.The security of site construction is greatly improved to provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of UHV transmission lines.
