摘要
目的:研究水分胁迫下丛枝菌根(AM)真菌对滇重楼根茎品质及其根茎甾体皂苷类成分的影响。方法:采用盆栽实验,接种AM真菌,观察滇重楼根茎的品质和根茎中甾体皂苷的含量。结果:与对照组(CK)相比,水分胁迫下接种AM真菌对滇重楼根系的菌根侵染率无影响,但能增强菌根侵染强度和改善滇重楼根茎的品质,根茎中甾体皂苷组分的相对比例也有不同程度的改变。结论:水分胁迫下接种AM真菌,有利于提高滇重楼根系侵染强度、改善滇重楼根茎的品质,并影响滇重楼根茎甾体皂苷数量和主要组分的含量。
Objective: To study the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi on the rhizome quality and components of steroid saponin from rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis under water stress.Methods: The inner rhizome quality and content of steroid saponin from rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were observed after AM fungi inoculated in potted trial.Results: Compared with the control group(CK),after AM fungi inoculated under water stress,there was no effect on the infection rate of mycorrhizal in the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.But the infection intension of mycorrhizal in the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were strengthened and the rhizome quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were improved.The relative ratios of components of steroid saponin in rhizome were also changed in different degree.Conclusion: AM fungi inoculation under water stress helps to strengthen the infection intension in the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and to improve the rhizome quality of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis,and also affects the number of steroid saponin and the contents of key components in Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.
