楸叶泡桐果皮的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from the Fruit Peel of Paulownia catalpifolia

目的:研究楸叶泡桐果皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱等方法对楸叶泡桐果皮的95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从楸叶泡桐果皮中分离纯化得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:8-羟基-9-甲氧基-1,2,3,5,6,10b-六氢吡咯骈[2,1-a]异喹啉-3-酮(1)、8,9-二甲氧基-1,2,3,5,6,10b-六氢吡咯骈[2,1-a]异喹啉-3-酮(2)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(3)、2α,3α,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(4)、myrianthic acid(5)、balanophonin(6)、tomentin B(7)、tomentin D(8)、tomentin E(9)、diplacone(10)、tomentin C(11)。结论:其中,化合物1、2为新的天然化合物,化合物6为首次从泡桐属中分离得到,化合物3~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents from the fruit peel of Paulownia catalpifolia.Methods： The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS column chromatography,and their structural identification was performed on the basis of the spectral data.Results： Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 8-hydroxy-9-methoxy-1,2,3,5,6,10 b-hexahydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3-one（1）,8,9-dimethoxy-1,2,3,5,6,10 b-hexahydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3-one（2）,2α,3α,19α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid（3）,2α,3α,23-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid（4）,myrianthic acid（5）,balanophonin（6）,tomentin B（7）,tomentin D（8）,tomentin E（9）,diplacone（10） and tomentin C（11）.Conclusion： Compounds 1,2 are the new natural compounds,compound 6 is isolated from Paulownia genus for the first time,and compounds 3 ~ 11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
