摘要
目的观察居民摄入富碘食品后体内碘代谢情况,为指导科学补碘提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,对厦门市海边、海岛和山区的30个家庭居民,进行1次食用富碘食品后的连续尿碘检测,并记录每家观察期间的食谱。结果共收集28户60人尿样,食用富碘食品海带和紫菜后,4h内尿碘(中位数)升至高峰(359.9μg/L),24h维持在较高水平(337.4μg/L),48h为167.5μg/L,72h后恢复至食用富碘食品前水平。结论食用海带和紫菜均能快速提升人体内碘的水平,但维持时间不超过48h。食用富碘食品可作为必须低盐饮食、又不能低碘的特需人群辅助补碘措施。不能依靠食用富碘食品维持人体的碘营养水平。
Objective To observe iodine metabolism of the body after food intake with rich iodine in residents for guiding scientific iodine supplementation.Methods By using stratified cluster sampling method,the residents of 30 families living at seaside,island and mountainous area in Xiamen were observed,and the levels of urinary iodine continuously after food intake with rich iodine were detected and the recipe of each family were recorded during the observation period.Results The samples of urine iodine of 60 residents from 28 famlies were collected,and the level of urine iodine rose to the peak within 4 h(359.9μg/L,median)after eating food with rich iodine(kelp and nori).The level of urine iodine maintained at higher level(337.4μg/L)after 24 h,167.5μg/L after 48 hand returned to the level before eating food with rich iodine after 72 h.Conclusion The level of iodine in human body can be quickly improved by taking kelp and nori,but can not maintain more than 48 h.Food intake with rich iodine can be used as a iodine supplementation measures for the special people who need the dietary with lower salt but not lower iodine intake.Maintaining the level of iodine nutrition for human body can't depend on the food intake with rich iodine.
