中晚期妊娠胎儿丢失的影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of fetal loss in second and third trimester pregnancy

目的分析中晚期妊娠胎儿丢失的影响因素,为减少胎儿丢失、制定孕期保健措施提供参考。方法收集2015年在福建省妇幼保健院产前检查的单胎产妇资料,选取其中胎儿丢失者495例为病例组;按年龄、孕周以14的配比,随机选取1 980例胎儿存活者作为对照组,用条件logistic回归分析胎儿丢失的影响因素。结果胎盘早剥、妊娠期高血压、死胎史、胎膜早破和孕次≥2次等是胎儿丢失的危险因素;居住楼层≥6层为胎儿丢失的保护因素。结论对胎儿丢失的影响因素进行早期识别、针对性干预处理,以降低中晚期妊娠胎儿丢失率。

Objective To analyze influencing factors of fetal loss in second and third trimester pregnancy for reducing fetal loss and formulating the measures on pregnancy health care.Methods The clinical data of singleton pregnant women was collected in Fujian Provincial Maternity and Childen＇s Hospital in 2015.Totally 495 cases of single pregnancy with fetal loss were selected as case group,and 1980 cases of single pregnancy with live births were randomly selected as control group,according to the age and pregnancy weeks with 1∶4.The influencing factors of fetal loss were analyzed by conditional logistic regression model. Results Placental abruption,pregnancy hypertension,stillbirth history,premature rupture of membrane and pregnancy ≥2 times were risk factors of fetal loss,living floor≥6 was a protective factor.Conclusions Early identification of influencing factors as well as target intervention should be conducted for reducing the rate of fetal loss in second and third trimester pregnancy.
