一款国外喷水推进器的三维反问题改进设计 被引量:1

摘要 某厂家购置的国外喷水推进器装艇后与主机不匹配,不能完全消耗主机功率,导致艇航速较低。针对这一现象,在保持推进器转子叶片数、导叶数和推进器主体尺寸不变的前提下,采用三维反问题方法对叶轮和导叶进行了增载设计。研究采用CFD数值模拟方法对两推进器进行了平底船数值求解,结果表明:原推进器计算结果与自航试验吻合较好,验证了CFD数值模拟的可信性;新设计推进器解决了原推进器不能充分利用主机功率的缺陷而产生更大的推力,使预报航速从9.5kn提高到12kn,喷泵效率提高2%,喷口射流轴向能量分量提高8%。 A waterjet bought from abroad could not make the best of the engine power which caused the boat a lower speed. The study improved the waterjet design for this phenomenon through increasing load capacity of the rotor and stator based on 3-D inverse method,during which both the blade number of rotor,stator and the main dimensions of the propulsor were kept unchanged. Numerical simulation of two waterjets mounted on the same punt was implemented and results showed that calculated results of the original waterjet agreed well with the experiment data,which verified the credibility of numerical simulation. The newly-designed waterjet could make the best of the engine power and generated a greater thrust which increased the speed from 9.5 kn to 12 kn,efficiency of the waterjet pump increased by 2% and jets axial energy component of nozzle increased by 8%.
