中国与英美高校教师绩效评估问题的比较与借鉴——以南昌理工学院为例

摘要 文章将英国、美国高校教师绩效评估与我国高校教师绩效评估的实施经验进行了对比,探讨了体现我国高校办学特色,符合我国高校管理实际的更为完善的高校绩效评估方案,为我国现代高校的教师绩效评估建设提供借鉴。 This article makes a comparative study on college teachers performance assessment between China and UK USA.It discusses the school-running characteristics of colleges in China,and provides references on how to build a better assessment system for the construction of modern colleges in China.
