A Discussion on the Privacy Right Protection of Online Financial Information

People are enjoying the convenience brought by the online finance service,however they are all at sea when their financial privacy is exposed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the online financial service,this article introduces the theory of financial privacy protection,especially its necessity and analyzes the problems in the protection so as to help consumers perform basic self-remedy of personality right and reduce their loss when encountering privacy property leaks and other loss.In addition,it provides some suggestions on improving the security and the trust of internet financial transactions.
