摘要
人身顶股制度是明清时期,晋商商帮在管理商号的过程中逐渐形成的一种允许商号掌柜以及部分伙计以劳动力及个人信誉出资,持商号股份的一种管理模式。随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,中小型企业为了保留人才,也在逐步探索构建员工持股的管理模式。人身顶股制度的探索及研究对当代我国中小企业构建员工持股制度有一定的借鉴意义。
The practice of " buying a share with labor and personal credit" is a kind of administration mode of stores run by merchants from Shanxi province in Ming and Qing Dynasty.In the mode,the shopkeeper and some shop clerks could own a share of the store with their labor and personal credit.With the development of Chinese socialist market economy,the medium-sized and small enterprises are trying to construct this administration mode of enterprise in which the staff can hold some shares.The study can provide some references for the development of the administration system.
