生产资料公有制的历史功绩不容抹杀

A Discussion the Historic Significance of Public Ownership of Productive Means

苏联解体严重影响了人们对社会主义的信心,特别表现为流行的观念中对于社会主义公有制的否定和对于私有制的认可。对此,我们需要理性对待,特别要从马克思主义基本原理中的所有制理论入手,予以回应,并考诸历史经验,在比较中研究生产资料公有制的历史功绩。笔者认为,应基于历史主义原则,在生产力和生产关系的矛盾运动中把握任何一种所有制的历史地位和历史功绩,特别是把握生产资料公有制的历史功绩,以保留和增强大家对于社会主义、共产主义的信心。

The disintegration of the Soviet Union has greatly influenced the people ＇s confidence in socialism which was revealed in current academic trend of negative attitude upon the public ownership system of socialism and positive one upon the private ownership system.Upon this problem,scholars should study it rationally,and fight back the negative questioning on the ownership theory of Marxism taking the historic experience into consideration.Only in this way can a comparative study be made on the historic significance of public ownership of productive means.The author holds the opinion that scholars should consider the historic role and significance of every pattern of ownership in the basic contradictory relation between productivity and production relations especially the historic significance of the public ownership so as to promote people＇s confidence in socialism and communism.
