当归饮片中蔗糖分布的X射线衍射鉴定及中药材鉴定探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立当归饮片中蔗糖分布的一种鉴定分析方法。在中药材鉴定过程中,探讨采用粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱法对含有有机分子晶体的中药材鉴定的局限性。方法:采用粉末X射线衍射和差示扫描量热方法。结果:当归饮片含有大量的蔗糖成分,蔗糖在当归中的分布为内皮层最高,其次为木质部,表皮中蔗糖含量最低。当归中的蔗糖作为一种高度结晶的有机分子晶体,其X射线衍射的高强度掩盖了与活性成分相关的微晶信息。结论:X射线衍射可以作为当归蔗糖定量鉴定的一种快速检测方法。 Objective: To set up a method for identifying and distinguishing the distribution of sucrose in Angelica sinensis herbal decoction pieces. In the process of identifying Chinese medicinal materials,the limitation of X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint patterns was discussed for Chinese medicinal materials containing organic molecular crystals. Methods: The power X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry techniques were used. Results: Angelica sinensis herbal decoction pieces contained a great amount of sucrose. For the distribution of sucrose in Angelica sinensis,the content of sucrose in the endodermis was highest,followed by the xylem,and that in the epidermis was lowest. Sucrose was a highly-crystallized organic molecular crystal,and its high intensity of X-ray diffraction conceals the information about the diffraction from microcrystals associated with active pharmaceutical ingredients in Angelica sinensis. Conclusion: The X-ray diffraction technique can set up a rapid detecting method for identification on sucrose in Angelica sinensis.
