清代内务府拥有数量众多的皇庄,从中获取了大量的货币收益。根据其来源不同,可分为皇庄出产物品变价银、皇庄出产物品折价银、纳银庄交纳银。三者之中,折价银和纳银庄的交纳银都是地租银,二者所占比重较大。这些货币收入在内务府财政体系中发挥了非常重要的作用,但并未起到关键作用,这是内务府支出日趋庞大的结果,更是封建地租的特性决定的。

The Imperial Household Department possessed many royal manors in Qing Dynasty and managed them carefully. As a result, they received a lot of monetary gains——silver including the land rent and income of selling excess products, and the former took a large proportion. The silver was very important for the imperial family, but not a crucial factor. One reason is the huge expenditure; the other is the particularity of the feudal rent.
