基于基准值的大学生科研创新能力测评方法研究

Research on Evaluation System of Scientific Research Innovation Ability of College Students Based on Benchmark Value

本科教育阶段是大学生科研创新能力培养的起步阶段,在这一阶段重视大学生科研创新能力培养,制定相应的评价方法,科学、客观地评价大学生科研创新能力,是高等教育的目标之一。为此,通过分析大学生的特征,参考现有的测评方法,从科研创新能力的内涵出发,总结可直接测量的、基于基准值的大学生科研创新能力测评体系,构造相应的评价模型,可以为各高校制定其评价机制提供借鉴。

One of the goals of higher education is to cultivate students＇ scientific research innovation ability and evaluate with scientific and objective evaluation methods during the undergraduate period. Therefore, by analyzing characteristics of college students and referring to existing methods, we propose evaluating system for evaluating research and innovation ability of university students based on the benchmark value and make evaluation models to be used directly for reference of other colleges and universities.
