摘要
目的:对石柑子化学成分进行研究。方法:利用正反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、微孔树脂(MCI)柱层析及制备液相色谱等分离方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的核磁和质谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从石柑子氯仿部位分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:金色酰胺醇乙酸酯(1)、(9E)-8,11,12-三羟基十八碳烯酸甲酯(2)、9(S),12(S),13(S)-trihydroxyoctadeca-10(E),15(Z)-dienoic acid(3)、毛冬青素A(4)、癸二酸(5)、E-4-hydroxyhex-2-enoic acid(6)、富马酸单甲酯(7)、壬二酸(8)、N-反式香豆酰酪胺(9)、N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(10)、香草酸(11)、丁香酸(12)、对羟基苯甲醛(13)。结论:其中,化合物1~8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the Pothos chinensis. Methods:The compounds were isolated and puri- fied by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20, MCI and preparation of liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by NMR and mass spectra data. Results:Thirteen compounds were obtained from Pothos chinensis and identified as aurantiamide acetate( 1 ), (9E)-8,11, 12-trihydroxyoctadecenoic acid methyl ester (2) ,9 ( S), 12 ( S), 13 (S) -trihydroxyoctadeca-10 ( E), 15 (Z) -dienoic acid (3), ilexgenin A (4), sebacic acid (5), E-4-hydroxyhex-2-enoic acid (6), monomethyl fumarate (7), azelaic acid ( 8 ), N-trans-p-coumaroyltyramine ( 9 ), N-trans-feruloylmethoxytyramine ( 10 ), vanillic acid ( 11 ), syringate ( 12 ) and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 13 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1 - 8 are isolated from this plant for this first time.
