摘要
船用风量调节阀是空调系统空气管路不可或缺的一部分,本文通过数值模拟方法分析现有的3种典型的船用风量调节阀的流量特性和阻力特性,利用风量调节阀的试验台架进行其性能验证,并分析阀门的再生噪声特性。数值模拟、性能试验以及噪声特性的分析结果可以为船用空调系统设计选型风量调节阀提供一定的参考依据。
Marine air flow regulating valve is the important part of the air-condition system. Computational fluid dynamics method is used to simluate the flow characteristic and resistance characteristic of the exist three typical marine air flow regulating valves. Then an experiment rig is established to present the noise characteristic of the air flow regulating valves. Therefore the results of the simluation and experiment is used to select the marine air flow regulating valve of air conditioning system for reference.
