Circular Economy and Social Ecology

循环经济实为生态经济,是以社会生态为其根基。"生态工程"和"绿色发展"的研究与实施,极其有利于循环经济的迅速发展。诸如生态农业、生态工业、生态交通运输、生态建筑、生态环境保护等等,都是当代循环经济发展中极为重要也应着力发展的几种生态经济类型。循环经济的研究与发展,对于全面落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会、推进生态文明建设和实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦",都有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Circular economy is indeed ecological economy with social ecology as foundation. Research and practice of ecological engineering and green development are conducive to the rapid development of circular economy including ecological agriculture, ecological industry, ecological transportation, ecological construction, ecological environment protection etc. which should be attached great importance to and further developed. Research and development of circular economy are of important theory value and practical significance to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, build a harmonious society, promote the construction of ecological civilization and fulfill the Chinese dream of great national renewal.
