Problems and Countermeasures in Practice Teaching in Local Normal Universities

实践教学有利于提高地方高师院校学生的综合实践能力,在地方高师院校教学过程中至关重要。目前,地方高师院校实践教学课程缺乏创新性,实践教学体系不完善,教学过程管理松散等问题普遍存在。针对实践教学中存在的问题,地方高师院校必须树立现代教师教育实践教学观念,加强"双师型"教师队伍的建设,重视实践基地建设,提高实践教学的实效性。

Practice teaching is helpful to improve the local normal university students＇ comprehensive practical ability, thus it＇s very important in the teaching of local normal universities in the process. However, now some problems such as lack of innovative practice teaching courses, imperfect practice teaching system and loose teaching process management are very common. To tackle the problems, we must establish modern practical teaching concept, strengthen the construction of teachers and the practice base so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching practice.
