摘要
作为ATP再生技术的应用延伸,该专题以卡拉胶-魔芋多糖复配胶为载体,将酵母固定化,应用于生物合成CTP,取得了较好效果。酵母可反复使用十余次,催化反应后易于与反应溶液分离,并且反应溶液中酵母分泌物和碎片等杂质减少。目前,该技术已用于GTP、UTP和dAMP、dGMP、dCTP、dTTP等产品的试制。
As the extended applica- tion of ATP regenerative technology, this subject bio-synthesized CTP by using yeast which immobilized on carrageenan-konjaku polysaccharide compounded colla carrier, and obtained good results. The yeast can use repeatedly more than 10 times and separate from reaction solution easily after catalytic reaction. The impurities in reaction solution such as yeast secretion and fragment are decrease. At present, this technology has been used in test preparation of GTP, UTP and dAMP, dGMP, dCTP, dTTP.
