摘要
以兰州市某小区为例,根据建筑室外风环境影响因素,设计不同的建筑布局和建筑朝向方案,采用Phoenics软件模拟夏季和冬季主导风向下的小区室外风速、风压和建筑前后压差。模拟结果表明,小区某些位置会出现涡旋、无风区或建筑前后压差不满足GB/T 50378-2014《绿色建筑评价标准》对建筑室外风环境的要求。这将不利于行人室外通行、小区大气污染物扩散及建筑室内通风。鉴于此,通过调整小区部分建筑的朝向和布局,得到一种优化的小区模型,使其模拟结果同时满足GB/T 50378-2014《绿色建筑评价标准》中夏季和冬季建筑室外风环境的要求。优化结果可被建筑设计单位参考,用以调整设计方案。
This paper took a housing estate in Lanzhou as example to design different architectural composition and building orientation based on outdoor wind environment impact factors, used Phoenics to simulate outdoor wind speed, wind pressure and differential pressure around the architecture. The simulation results showed that there would be vortex, calm zone or the differential pressure dissatisfy the green building assessing standard in somewhere of housing estate. This would go against pedestrian's outdoor walk, air pollutants diffusion and indoor air ventilation. In view of this, through adjust orientation and composition of some architect in housing estate to gain an optimized housing estate model to make its simulation results to satisfy the demand of wind environment of green building assessing standard. The optimized results could be referenced by architecture design units to adjust the designing scheme.
