关于中国国家图书馆藏《令集解》抄本

Discussing the Ryounoshūge Manuscripts in the National Library of China

《令集解》虽为日本古代律令文书注释书,但由于引用了大量汉籍记载,有些被引汉籍业已不存,有些记载的引用和排列包含着当时日本文人的深刻意图,故其文学研究价值及史料价值都很高。日本研究者已将现存日本的几种《令集解》抄本进行了梳理和相关版本研究,但截至目前,除相关馆藏目录外,尚未见有涉及中国国家图书馆藏《令集解》两种抄本的先行研究。本文现对国图藏两种抄本的版本来源、特点及价值做一介绍。

Ryounoshūge is a 9th century commentary of legal documents in ancient Japan. It is a valuable resource for literary and historical research given the large number of Chinese documents cited, some of which no longer exist, and the profound intention showed in the selections and arrangements of the quotes. Japanese researchers have combined and researched several existing manuscripts and related versions of Ryounoshūge in Japan, however, there is no mention of the two manuscripts of Ryounoshūge held in the National Library of China. This article introduces the source, the characteristics and the value of the two collections of manuscripts held in the National Library of China.
