摘要
近年来中国乳制品消费持续增长,且空间分布上也具有明显的区域特征。通过空间计量模型,系统地分析2003—2012年中国省域乳制品消费水平的空间格局演变的相关因素。研究结果表明,影响中国省域乳制品消费格局的因素中,呈正相关的除收入因素外,还包括公里里程、国内生产总值(GDP)等,而质量安全事件的发生及基尼系数的扩大抑制了乳制品消费水平格局的变化。最后,在实证研究的基础上,提出促进中国乳制品消费及其格局变化的对策及展望。
In recent years, dairy consumption has sustained growth, having obvious regional characteristics in spatial distribution. Based on the spatial metrology model, this paper systematically analyzed the related factors of spatial pattern evolution of dairy consumption level in China from 2003 to 2012. The results showed that the provincial dairy consumption pattern in China was positively related factors in addition to the income factors, including kilometer mileage, Gross Domestic Product(GDP) and so on, and quality safety incidents happened and the expansion of the Gini coefficient inhibited dairy consumption pattern changes. Finally, on the basis of the empirical research, the authors put forward some countermeasures and prospect on promoting the consumption of dairy products and the changes in the pattern of China's dairy products.
