应用络病理论辨治溃疡性结肠炎理论探讨

Applying Collateral Theory for the Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

溃疡性结肠炎属于难治性疾病,中医学对溃疡性结肠炎病因病机的认识在不断完善,通过对中医学络脉系统的阐述,及邪入络脉病机理论的认识,指出络病的七大特点,阐述了通过络病理论辨治溃疡性结肠炎的理论基础,指出从宏观与微观上溃疡性结肠炎与络病皆有密切联系,并分析了治络之法及其治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床应用。

Ulcerative colitis is a refractory disease,and the understanding by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） on its cause and mechanism has been improved. Through studying the collateral system of TCM,and based on the pathogenesis of evil invading collaterals,the seven characteristics of the collateral diseases are determined. The theoretical basis of using collateral theory to treat ulcerative colitis was elucidated,and it was pointed out from the macrolevel and microlevel that ulcerative colitis and collateral diseases are closely linked. Besides,the method of treating collateral diseases and its application in treating ulcerative colitis was analyzed.
