摘要
目的:分析医学高校在校学生对人际关系、环境、教学管理等方面的评价及这些因素与医学高校在校学生极端行为和意识的联系。方法:设计调查问卷并采取分层整群抽样对5个专业不同年级的同学进行自填式问卷调查。采用Pearson卡方检验和非参数多多独立样本Kwallis分析。结果:(1)在所有客观环境因素中,性别、家庭收入与大学生极端意念显著相关;(2)主观评价中专业、教学质量满意度两大学生极端意念显著相关;(3)就业压力和对未来前景的不确定性可能是导致医学生发生极端行为的诱因。结论:(1)对医学生极端行为的预防中以男性为重点;(2)做好专业思想教育,提示教学质量是稳定学生心理,预防极端行为的关键;(3)对家庭经济困难学生重点关注,通过助学金、贷款等方式解除学生求学期间的经济压力,注意营造和谐的班级氛围,避免经济困难学生受到歧视。
Objective To analyze medical students' evaluation of interpersonal relationship,environment,and teaching management and the relationship between these factors and the extreme behaviors and beliefs of students in medical colleges and universities.Methods Questionnaires were designed and stratified cluster sampling was carried out for the survey of students from different grades in 5 different specialities.The Pearson chi-square test and non-parametric independent sample Kwallis analysis were used for the survey.Results Of all objective environment factors,gender and family income were significantly correlated with medical students' extreme beliefs.Of the subjective evaluation medical students' satisfaction with the speciality and teaching quality was significantly related to their extreme beliefs.Employment pressure and uncertainty about future prospects might be the cause of extreme behaviors among medical students.Conclusions The prevention emphasis of the extreme behaviors of medical students should be put on male students.Developing professional education and improving teaching quality is the key to the prevention of extreme behaviors.And significant focus should be on students with financial difficulties,whose financial pressure can be relieved by grants,loans and other ways.A harmonious class atmosphere can also help students with financial difficulties avoid discrimination.
