“一带一路”背景下城镇化与农业现代化的协调发展——以河西走廊地区为例

The Evolution of Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization under the Belt and Road Initiative: the Hexi Corridor as a case

"一带一路"倡议的提出与建设为西部地区发展带来重大机遇。甘肃省河西走廊是"一带一路"倡议的重要地区。本文选取8个指标,选择2000年、2005年、2010年和2014年4个关键时点,从地级市和县级市两个尺度评价河西走廊城镇化与农业现代化发展状况。河西地区城镇化空间格局呈现西高东低态势,县域城镇化差距较大。借助"一带一路"发展机遇,河西地区城镇化与农业现代化的协调发展的主要对策是:通过重新提升定位而凝合发展特色,通过多头联动而强化宣传,借力信息经济重塑本土文化。

"The Belt and Road Initiative" has brought many opportunities for the development of the Western part of China. As an important area covered by "the Belt and Road Initiative", the Hexi Corridor has higher level of urbanization and agricultural modernization in recent years. This paper selects four time points on the time scale, prefectures and counties on the spatial scale with 8 indications to evaluate the level of urbanization and agricultural modernization. The results are as follows: 1) the spatial distribution of urbanization in the Hexi Corridor is high in its west but low in its east, and the gap between counties is larger. 2) The level of urbanization of Jiayuguan-JinchangJiuquan belt is relatively high that those cities have a good industrial foundation and prospect. 3) Zhangye-Wuwei belt is the famous production base of grain and has good agricultural prospect, but the urbanization rate is generally lower and needs to be improved. Coordinated development between urbanization and agricultural modernization necessitates integrated development based on functional zoning, good communication, and the reshaping of local culture by information-driven economy.
