氨碱法蒸氨系统节能降耗的改造 被引量:3

摘要 青海盐湖镁业有限公司纯碱厂以原盐、石灰石、焦炭为主要原料生产纯碱,以氨为中间媒介,经盐水精制、石灰石煅烧、化灰、吸氨、蒸氨、碳化、滤过、煅烧、水合生产出普通的重质纯碱,过滤母液加入石灰乳反应并蒸馏回收氨,在工艺生产过程中它周而复始不断循环,而这一循环也是借助于蒸馏过程来实现的。但是对于青海盐湖镁业有限公司纯碱厂,作为循环经济的尾端,生产负荷与各项目之间的循环物料的供应息息相关,根据自身的条件生产负荷最大只能达到28万t/a纯碱,而对于设计能力为100万t/a的纯碱厂来说,存在很多设备管线维护,以及小负荷生产下物料浪费的难题。文章主要介绍大型纯碱生产企业在小负荷下在蒸氨方面存在的一些缺陷和技改。 Raw salt,limestone,coke was the main raw material for soda plant to produce soda ash in Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium Industry Co.,Ltd.,which used ammonia as the intermediary,through brine refining,limestone calcination,ash,ammonia,steamed ammonia absorption,carbonation,filtration,calcination,hydrate production was out of the ordinary heavy soda ash. Filtering the mother liquid adding lime reaction and distillation recovery of ammonia,in the process of production cycle continuously circulation,then the cycle is implemented by means of distillation process. But as the end of the circular economy for Soda plant,production load is closely related to each project cycle between the material supply,according to their own condition of soda ash production,load biggest can reach 280000 tons/year,and for design capacity of 1 million tons/year of soda plant,there is a lot of pipeline maintenance equipment,and material waste problem under small load production. It mainly introduced a large soda ash production enterprise in steamed ammonia with small load of some defect and technological upgrading.
