Research advance on active compositions and physiological functions of sugar cane extracts

摘要 食品安全一直是全球关注热点,在食品安全研究领域中,植物源功能性提取物一直是研究热点之一,本文主要关注制糖工业主要原料甘蔗的提取物。甘蔗提取物含有总多酚、迷迭香酸、二苯乙烯苷、汉黄芩苷等活性成分,具有促生长、抑菌、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗应激、抗癌细胞增殖、增强免疫力和保肝护肝等生理功能,在功能性饲料添加剂领域具有广阔的应用前景。 Food safety has always been a global issue.In many research fields of food safety,plant source functional extract has been one of the research focuses.This paper mainly focuses on the sugar cane extract(SCE) from sugar industry.SCE consists of many bioactive ingredients such as total polyphenol,rosemary acid,stibene glucoside and wogonoside.SCE also has many physiological functions such as weight promotion,bacteria resistance,oxidation resistance,anti-virus,anti-stress,antitumous,immunity promotion and liver protection.There is a broad application prospect of SCE in the fields of feed functional additives.
