Research on Information Quality Maturity Model of Asset Life Cycle Management

1978年的诺贝尔经济学奖获得者赫伯特·亚历山大·西蒙认为:"决策过程中至关重要的因素是信息联系,信息是合理决策的生命线。"通过分析信息化成熟度理论、信息质量理论发展历史与现状,结合电网资产全寿命周期管理的信息化特点及现状,总结了资产管理信息质量的构成要素,提出了电网资产管理的信息质量成熟度模型构建的三原则:价值导向原则、客观实用原则、体系协同原则,并在此基础上构建了电网资产管理的信息质量成熟度模型。

Herbert Alexander Simon, winner of the 1978 Nobel Prize in economics, said that ＂The crucial factor in the decision-making process is the information link and information is the lifeline of sound decision-making.＂ By analyzing the history and status quo of informatization maturity theory and information quality theory, combined with the informatization characteristics and current status of asset life cycle management of power grid, this paper summarizes the components of asset management information quality, proposes the three principles of building the information quality maturity model of power asset management, such as value-oriented principle, objective and practical principles, and the system cooperation principle, and on this basis constructs an information quality maturity model for power grid asset management.
