深县猪初配时背膘厚与头胎繁殖性状的相关研究 被引量:3

Relationships between backfat thickness and parameters of reproduction in the Shenxian gilts at breeding

摘要 为了探讨深县猪母猪配种时的背膘厚与繁殖性能的关系,选取辛集市50头头胎母猪进行配种,根据配种时背膘厚度将猪群分为4组,Ⅰ组(X〈20 mm)、Ⅱ组(20 mm≤X≤23 mm)、Ⅲ组(23 mm26 mm),并对其繁殖性能指标进行方差分析。结果显示:窝产仔数和窝产仔活数,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅳ组(P〈0.01),Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅳ组(P〈0.05);初生窝重,Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P〈0.01),Ⅱ组显著高于Ⅳ组(P〈0.05);初生个体重,Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.01);断奶窝重,Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组(P〈0.01),Ⅱ组分别显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅳ组(P〈0.05);断奶个体重,Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ组(P〈0.01),Ⅱ组极显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.01);各组间死胎数和死胎率都无显著的差异(P〉0.05)。提示:深县猪母猪配种时背膘厚为20 mm≤X≤26 mm时繁殖性状最佳。 This experiment was aimed to study the relationship between backfat thickness and reproductive performance of Shenxian breeding gilts. The backfat thickness of breeding was determined by an RENCO backfat tester. According to their backfat thickness,gilts were divided into Group Ⅰ(X〈20 mm),Group Ⅱ(20 mm≤X≤23 mm),Group Ⅲ(23 mm〈X≤26 mm),and Group Ⅳ(X〉26 mm). Analysis of the reproductive traits of all the groups by ANOVA showed that: the number of litter size and live size in Groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was very significantly higher than that of Group Ⅳ,and significantly higher in Group I than in Group Ⅳ(P〈0. 05); litter birth weight of Group Ⅲwas very significantly higher than that of Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅳ(P〈0. 01),and that of Group Ⅱ was significantly higher of than Group Ⅳ(P〈0. 05); birth weight of Group Ⅲ was very significantly higher than that of Group Ⅰ(P〈0. 01); weaning litter weight of Group Ⅲ was very significantly higher than that of Group I and Group Ⅳ(P〈0. 01),and that of Group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of Group Ⅰand Group Ⅳ(P〈0. 05); weaning weight in Group Ⅲ was very significantly higher than that in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ(P〈0. 01),and very significantly higher in Group Ⅱ than in Group Ⅰ(P〈0. 01); and the stillbirth number and stillbirth rate were similar among all the groups(P〉0. 05). The results implied that when the back fat thickness was 20 mm≤X≤26 mm,the reproductive performance of Shenxian breeding gilts was the best.
