藏鸡与彭县黄鸡早期生长发育性能及蛋品质比较分析

Comparing the growth performance in the early stages of development and egg quality of Tibetan chickens with those of Pengxian yellow chickens

为了解藏鸡和彭县黄鸡的早期长发育规律和蛋品质状况,各选取160枚种蛋进行孵化,出雏后分别选择50只鸡（公母各半）进行生长发育观察和蛋品质分析。结果显示：彭县黄鸡各周龄体重均显著高于藏鸡（P〈0.05）,雏鸡增重高峰期出现在3周龄以前;第2、3、10周龄时,彭县黄鸡日增重显著高于藏鸡（P〈0.05）,第2、3周龄彭县黄鸡的相对生长率显著高于藏鸡（P〈0.05）,4周龄时藏鸡相对生长率显著高于彭县黄鸡（P〈0.05）,其他周龄生长差异不显著（P〉0.05）。彭县黄鸡的蛋重、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位显著高于藏鸡（P〈0.05）,藏鸡壳色、蛋壳强度、蛋黄质量和蛋黄比率显著高于彭县黄鸡（P〈0.05）。

To study the growth performance in the early stages of development of Tibetan chickens and Pengxian yellow chickens,and to analyze their egg quality,160 breeding eggs were obtained from each breed and were hatched. Then 50 chicks（25 cocks and 25 hens） were selected from each species and were raised for observation of growth and development,and their egg quality in the later stages of growth was analyzed. The body weight and egg quality of the chicks were measured at 0,2,3,4,6,8,10 and 12 weeks of age. The results showed that the body weight of Pengxian yellow chickens was significantly higher（P〈0. 05） that of Tibetan chickens at all weeks of age. The chicks reached a peak of body weight gain before 3 weeks of age. The daily body weight gain of Pengxian yellow chickens was significantly higher than that of Tibetan chickens at 2,3,10 weeks of age（P〈0. 05）. The relative growth rate of Pengxian yellow chickens was significantly higher than Tibetan chickens（P〈0. 05）; however,at 4 weeks of age,the relative growth of Tibetan chickens was significantly higher than that of Pengxian yellow chickens（P〈0. 05）. And,there was no significant difference between the breeds in relative growth rate at the other weeks of age（P〉0. 05）. The indexes of egg weight,yolk color,Haugh unit of Pengxian yellow chickens were significantly higher than Tibetan chickens,but Tibetan chickens had better indexes in eggshell color and strength,egg yolk quality,and egg yolk and egg white ratio than those Pengxian yellow chickens.
