摘要
为了探讨血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys-C)在犬急性肾损伤(AKI)中的早期诊断意义,将40只体重8-10 kg、年龄1-2岁的中华田园犬随机为对照组和试验组,连续7 d静脉注射0.9%生理盐水注射液200 m L,试验组额外添加90 mg/kg硫酸庆大霉素建立AKI模型,采集血液及尿液进行血清肌酐(CREA)、尿素氮(BUN)、Cys-C、尿比重、尿蛋白及尿沉渣的检查,并于造模第0、3、5、7、10天进行肾脏病理学检查。结果显示:对照组各项指标都未出现显著性差异(P〉0.05);试验组血清Cys-C浓度从造模第3天出现显著差异(P〈0.05),而血清中CREA和BUN分别自造模第6和7天出现显著差异(P〈0.05)。结果表明:血清CYs-C在犬AKI的诊断中比血清CREA、BUN更具有早期诊断意义。
To investigate the function of serum cystatin C(CYs-C) in early diagnosis of acute canine kidney injury(AKI),forty experimental dogs were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. The control group was intravenously injected with 200 m L of sterile water diluted with 0. 9% saline once a day for 7 days. The experimental group was administered with 90 mg/kg of gentamicin sulfate besides sterilized water to generate an AKI model. Then,blood and urine samples were collected for creatinine,urea nitrogen,Cys-C,urinary specific gravity,urine protein and urine sediment for 11 consecutive days. On days 0,3,5,7,and 10 of the modeling,kidney samples were selected from each of the two groups for pathological examination. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the indexes of the control group(P〉0. 05). However,the experimental group was significantly different from the control group in the concentration of the serum of Cys-C on the 3 rd day(P〈0. 05),and the concentrations of the serums of creatinine and urea nitrogen on the 6 th day and the 7 th day respectively(P〈0. 05). The present study implies that CYs-C is of greater early diagnostic significance for AKI than creatinine and urea nitrogen.
