摘要
目的探讨甲状腺癌1(thyroid cancer 1,TC1)在星形细胞瘤中的表达及其意义。方法选取2007-2011年间星形细胞瘤术后石蜡标本106例,WHO组织学分级I-IV级,通过免疫组织化学染色检测TC1在星形细胞瘤中的表达水平。应用卡方检验统计分析TC1的表达与患者临床病理因素的关系,Kaplan-Meier曲线分析TC1的表达与患者预后的关系。选取6例新鲜星形细胞瘤组织和2例脑外伤组织,用Western blot法检测TC1的表达。结果TC1在部分星形细胞瘤中异常高表达(51/106),并且其高表达与肿瘤体积、WHO分级及Ki-67指数呈正相关(P<0.001),而与年龄、性别和肿瘤的发生部位没有明显关系(P>0.05),TC1的高表达与星形细胞瘤患者不良预后正相关(P<0.001)。TC1在脑组织中低表达,而在星形细胞瘤中高表达,与WHO分级相关。结论TC1可能在星形细胞瘤的发生发展中发挥作用。
Objective To study the expression and significance of thyroid cancer 1(TC1)in astrocytoma.Methods 106 tissues of astrocytoma from 2007 to 2011 were collected with WHO histological grade I-IV.The expression of TC1 in astrocytoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between TC1 expression and clinicopathological features,and the relationship of TC1 expression with prognosis was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier analysis.The expression of TC1 was detected by Western blot in six cases of fresh astrocytoma and two cases of normal brain traumatic injury.Results TC1 was highly expressed in astrocytomas(51/106),positively correlated with tumor size,WHO grade and Ki-67 index(P〈0.001),but not related to age,sex and tumor(P〉0.05).Kaplan-Meier curves showed that the high expression of TC1 was positively correlated with the poor prognosis of patients with astrocytoma(P〈0.001).Western blot showed low expression of TC1 in brain tissue,but high expression level in astrocytoma and positively correlate with WHO classification.Conclusion TC1 might be involved in the development and pathogenesis of astrocytoma.
