钢桁梁整体双节点弦杆制作工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国桥梁建设发展迅速,尤其是大跨度钢桁梁桥。从散拼节点到整体节点,再到整体双节点,给设计、制作都提出了更高的要求。以铜陵长江大桥上弦杆为例,对整体双节点带钢锚箱的弦杆的制作方案进行研究,将节点距离、锚箱距离、锚箱角度、焊接变形、栓孔精度等方面作为制作工艺关键点,最终制作的杆件质量符合相关规范要求。 The develnpment speed of bridge construction in China is very fast, especially the brag-span steel truss bridge, therefore, more requirements for the design and manufacturing techniques of scattered joint, integral joint and integral dual-joint were put forward. Taking the upper chord of Tongling Yangtze river bridge for example, the manufacturing methods for the integral dual-joint of chord member with steel anchor box were researched t^om tile aspects of joint distance, anchor box distance, angle of anchor box, the welding deformation and the bolt hole's accuracy. Finally, the quality of bars could meet the manufacturing specification requirements.
