基于自由度变动的平面要素尺寸公差数学模型

摘要 公差信息是CAD/CAM集成中必需的信息之一。在现行的国家标准中,采用图例及文字说明的形式来定义公差,适合于手工设计环境,不适合于计算机的表达、处理以及在各阶段的数据传递。建立基于自由度变动的平面要素尺寸公差数学模型,以自由度变动作为平面要素尺寸公差模型变量,用数学的方式来描述和解释公差信息中成员的含义,一是平面要素公差域的形成与表示;二是变动后平面要素的形成与表示。这对CAD/CAM集成有着十分重要的意义。 Tolerance is one of the necessary information for CAD/CAM integration. In current national standard, it is suitable for the manual design environment to define the tolerance in the form of figures and text,but not suitable to be expressed,processed and data transfer in various stages with computers. So the DOF-variation-based mathematical model of size tolerance for plane feature is established,taking DOF variation as its variable, using mathematical methods to describe and explain members of tolerance information. The significance of plane feature lies in the formation and expression of its tolerance domain,and its formation and expression after variation. It shows great practical significance to CAD/CAM integration.
